The history of our University Center dates back to 1888 and since has dominating position in gynaecology and obstetrics in Moravian region as well as in all of Czech Republic. Our Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology provids comprehensive care in all specializations of this field. The Center for Reproductive Medicine currently has 339 beds.

   The almost twenty years of clinical experience based on our research activities are reflected in the treatment results achieved, which are on a par with those of the leading world clinics. At present, our centre offers all currently used methods and techniques of artificial insemination, including micromanipulations and the egg and embryo donor programmes.
